Full Capabilities Index

Every scope we self-perform.

If it's on this list, our own crew builds it. We don't take on projects that require us to sub out the actual craftsmanship — coordinating trades is a service we provide, but the hands doing the work are ours.

What we don't do

Outside our lane.

We're deliberately narrow. Here's what we don't take on — and where we can point you if you need it.

New home construction. We stay in the remodel lane. If you're building from the ground up, we can recommend two builders in the the area who do it well.

Small "refresh" jobs. Painting, floor swaps, single-fixture installations — those aren't a good use of our crew, and there are handymen who'll do them well for less than we'd charge. If your kitchen isn't going down to studs, we're probably not the right fit.

Commercial work. Residential only. Our workflow, our insurance, our licensing — all optimized for one home at a time.

Emergency water damage. Restoration companies specialize in this. Once your insurance-covered restoration is complete, if you want to level up the finish, we'd love to talk then.

Where do we start?

Drawings in hand or just an itch —
both work.
