The scope

What a real
whole-home looks like.

A whole-home renovation is less a construction project and more a six-month partnership. One crew stays on-site the entire time, one project manager runs the schedule, one point of contact keeps you updated every Friday. It's the only way we know to guarantee the outcome.

Typical scope of work

Investment

Whole-home renovations start at $220,000. Most projects range from $280,000 to $520,000 depending on scope, finish level, and whether structural or mechanical work is included. Fixed-price contract in Phase 02.

Questions we hear about whole-homes

Frequently asked.

Most whole-home renovations run 20–32 weeks depending on scope. If we're doing kitchen, three baths, and millwork throughout, budget six months. If mechanical work (HVAC, electrical service upgrade) is involved, plan for the higher end.

For a true whole-home scope, yes. We'll help coordinate temporary housing timing so it aligns with major milestones. Occupied whole-home builds are possible but they add 30–40% to the timeline and reduce the quality of what we can deliver.

Yes. Roughly half of our whole-home projects come with an architect already engaged. We collaborate through the design and estimate phases and handle all trade coordination during build.

Whole-home renovations start at $220,000 and can run past $600,000 depending on scope, finish level, and whether structural or mechanical work is involved. Every project gets a fixed-price contract in Phase 02.
