The scope

What a real
kitchen looks like.

A Northline kitchen isn't a refresh. We rarely take on projects that don't go down to studs — because the layer under the finish is what determines whether a kitchen still looks and works this good in year twelve.

Typical scope of work

Investment

Full kitchen remodels start at $58,000 and typically range from $75,000 to $180,000 depending on scope, cabinetry style, and stone selection. Every project gets a fixed-price contract before we touch a wall.

Questions we hear about kitchens

Frequently asked.

Most full kitchen remodels take 10–14 weeks from demolition to punch list. That includes cabinetry lead times, stone template and fabrication, and inspections. We give you a calendar in Phase 02 that we hold ourselves to.

For a kitchen-only project, most clients stay in the home. We set up a temporary kitchenette in your dining or basement space on day one. For whole-home projects, moving out is often easier and faster.

Perfect. About a third of our kitchens come to us with drawings already done. We collaborate directly with your designer through the build phase and handle all material coordination in-house.

Yes. Our shop can replicate almost any style — Shaker, inset, slab, or period-appropriate details for older homes. We regularly retrofit period kitchens where the goal is to add function without losing character.
