Northline Home Services LLC ("Northline," "we," "us") operates this website. Our studio is located in the metro area.
When you book a consultation, submit a form, or otherwise contact us, we collect information you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, phone number, address, and any project details you share.
Our site uses standard analytics tools to track anonymous, aggregated visitor data — pages visited, time spent, general geographic region. This helps us understand what visitors find useful. We do not sell this data.
Contact information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry, schedule and manage consultations, communicate about your project, and follow up appropriately. We may reach out about relevant Northline services if you've explicitly opted in.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Limited sharing occurs only where necessary for us to deliver a service you've requested — for example, sharing a project address with a subcontractor working on your build.
We retain project-related information for the duration of the project plus a period of seven years, consistent with the region record-keeping standards for construction contracts. Marketing contact information is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
