The scope

What a real
bathroom looks like.

The visible finish is only half the job. Everything under the tile — the membranes, the slopes, the joinery — is what determines whether your bathroom still looks this good in year ten. We spend as much time on the invisible layer as the visible one.

Typical scope of work

Investment

Guest bathroom remodels start at $24,000. Primary suites typically range from $50,000 to $110,000 depending on scope, tile selection, and whether wet-wall changes are required.

Questions we hear about bathrooms

Frequently asked.

Guest baths typically run $24,000–$45,000. Primary suites usually land between $50,000 and $110,000. Wet-rooms and heated-floor projects push the higher end. Every project gets a fixed-price contract before demo.

Guest baths: 4–6 weeks. Primary suites: 8–12 weeks. If it's your only bathroom, we schedule around your usage — evening and weekend prep, daytime work.

Yes, if the layout supports it. Moving plumbing costs more than we usually recommend for a small guest bath, but for a primary suite the improvement is often worth the extra spend. We'll model both options during the estimate.

Every wet installation is done by our own tile lead — no subcontractors on shower pans, waterproofing membranes, or slab work. We use Schluter or Wedi systems on every wet build. This is where cheap remodels fail in year three.
